Eligibility Requirements

 

To qualify for this guarantee, you must:

1. Remain an active client in good standing for a minimum of ninety (90) consecutive days from your enrollment date.

2. Pay all program fees as agreed and keep your account current throughout the guarantee period.

3. Submit all requested identification and verification documents within five (5) calendar days of enrollment, including but not limited to:

   • Government-issued photo identification

   • Proof of address

   • Any additional verification documents requested by Fidelity Credit Solutions

4. Provide complete, accurate, and truthful information regarding your credit history and financial circumstances.

5. Upload all correspondence, letters, notices, investigation results, and communications received from credit bureaus, creditors, collection agencies, debt buyers, attorneys, or any other party related to your credit reports into the Fidelity Credit Solutions Client Portal within five (5) calendar days of receipt.

6. Cooperate fully with all requests necessary to perform credit restoration services.

7. Maintain access to any required credit monitoring service throughout the guarantee period.

8. Refrain from disputing items directly with credit bureaus, creditors, collection agencies, debt buyers, or any other party while enrolled in our program.

9. Not engage, hire, or work with any other credit repair company, attorney, credit restoration service, or third-party credit consultant during the guarantee period.

Exclusions

 

This guarantee shall be void if:

• You cancel your enrollment before the completion of the ninety (90) day guarantee period.

• You fail to submit required identification or verification documents within the required timeframe.

• You fail to upload correspondence received from credit bureaus, creditors, collection agencies, or other relevant parties within five (5) calendar days of receipt.

• You provide incomplete, inaccurate, misleading, or fraudulent information.

• You independently dispute items with credit bureaus, creditors, collection agencies, debt buyers, or any other party.

• You engage another credit repair company, attorney, or credit restoration service while enrolled with Fidelity Credit Solutions.

• Your required credit monitoring service is canceled, inaccessible, or otherwise unavailable.

• You fail to cooperate with reasonable requests necessary for Fidelity Credit Solutions to perform its services.

Refund Process

 

To request a refund under this guarantee, you must submit a written request within thirty (30) days following the completion of the initial ninety (90) day guarantee period.

Upon verification that all eligibility requirements have been met and no qualifying item has been removed, corrected, updated, or deleted from your credit reports during the guarantee period, Fidelity Credit Solutions will refund all eligible program fees paid during the first ninety (90) days of service, excluding the non-refundable Credit Analysis Fee.

Approved refunds will be processed within thirty (30) business days.
